Support for EWS3D immobiliser ECU
Tested on Rover 75 and Freelander 1.

Notes:
- Replacement keys cannot be coded into the EWS3D using diagnostic protocols, they must be pre-coded by BMW.
- The EWS3D is pre-programmed with ten key codes.
- BMW maintain a database of all of the codes ever put into every EWS immobiliser.
- A LandRover main dealer can supply a blank key matching one of these existing ten codes.
- A lost or stolen key can be disabled using pscan so that it cannot be used to steal the vehicle.
- The keystore can only be edited if a functioning key is in the ignition.
