Was just wondering if someone had one they no longer need they want to sell?

I am in Australia, assume most of the users are UK.

Is the license transferrable?

You can't have mine, but if you're in Melbourne, I could probably do a scan for you.

You won't over-invest if you buy one of these, they are worth the price.
Just being able to program key fobs is worth the price alone and it can do so much more as a bonus.

Maybe someone with one can tell me about the entering of plips. This is on a 5as

I currently have 2 plips and my new one superlocks every time I lock.

My old one does a std lock.

its an Xpart plip and they are telling me its set when you program - but I would think thats a global thing not a per plip option?

Programming a plip would not change the superlock feature.
I think that this is a feature of the 5AS itself.
We have had one or two requests to implement this in pscan but currently it doesn't have the ability to do this.
If you buy a used pscan then we would continue to support you in the same way as the original buyer.

By the way we charge £16 GBP for post to Australia and it takes a week or two to arrive.
It isn't much more expensive nor slower than posting within Europe.

From what I can guess it may be a programatic feature for each plip location on the 5as.

That is
plip one std lock
plip two superlock

It is my new plip in the second plip location that superlocks. Problem is is this is the 17TN plip that does auto disable of immobilizer where the other one doesn't. So in the end I want it to not superlock and have it as my primary plip. The other one will just be a spare. not worried if it superlocks.

Perhaps if I reprogram using the pscan so the first plip is the 17TN it will fix this?

Greetings Mate,

1-2-HAK, I agree with Cobber, --- you wont make a mistake by investing in a Pscan.
Bite the bullet and get one ....It is well worth every $ ....
I invested in one, and use it every week to check, monitor my MG TF.

I agree - just cant justify au$300 to see if it will fix my plip issue (chances are it wont as it doesn't have the superlock disable option)

Hopefully someone local might turn up (Brisbane) that can test it or someone wants to sell off a second hand one for a bit less
